The Asset Manager is tasked with organizing, tracking, managing, and recording CMS’s and EMS’s various assets including but not limited to inventory, equipment, trailers, vehicles and tooling. The asset Manager also assists in production for both CMS and EMS as needed and assigned by the CMS/EMS Senior Leadership Team.

DELIVERABLES:
Deliverable 1 – Inventory
- Complete a weekly inventory cycle count as directed by the Operational Accountant/Logistics Manager.
- Complete a monthly full inventory once Operational Accountant has entered all stock transfer orders (STO) and new inventory intake.
- Organize CMS/EMS inventory areas as needed, train team on organizational standards for inventory areas. Communicate any discrepancies with the team.
- Examine inventory levels and determine shortages.
- Manage incoming inventory items for CMS inventory areas and on-site storage locations.
- Train and function in Sigma Six.
Deliverable 2 – Equipment:
- Track and log all CMS/EMS owned equipment movement this includes all machines and trailers.
- Track and log all CMS/EMS rented equipment to include but not limited to machines, tools, etc.
- Create a maintenance schedule and ensure completion of schedule items accordingly.
- Inspect CMS/EMS owned equipment for deficiencies, communicate to SLT accordingly.
- Create and maintain current SWI/SOP for all equipment to include accountability for each area.
Deliverable 3 – Tooling:
- Create and maintain record of all CMS/EMS owned tooling items.
- Organize tool storage locations.
- Manage, track, and record tool movement. Communicate future tooling needs to Logistics Manager and SLT based on usage allotment.
- Inspect tooling for damage or missing parts and communicate out needs to team accordingly.
- Manage employee tool storage and CMS/EMS vehicle conditions to include accountability plan.
- Preform Small Repairs
Deliverable 4 – Vehicles:
- Create weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance schedule for CMS/EMS vehicles.
- Complete weekly vehicle inspections ensuring vehicles are clean, organized, and without new damage, communicate out discoveries to SLT.
- Ensure vehicles are equipped with up-to-date safety equipment.
- Manage yearly tire exchanges (Fall/Spring).
- Maintenance and Repairs
Deliverable 5 – Field Team Assistance:
- Assist the CMS production team with tasks including but not limited to:
Mobilization/Demobilization
Installation
Quality Control
Communication
Oversight
Etc.
- Assist EMS production team with tasks including but not limited to:
Mobilization/Demobilization
Quality metal fabrication
Quality control
Communication/Back of house
- Assist CMS property manager as needed with various tasks
40-45 Hours/Week
