Lead Carpenter / Project Manager

We are looking for a candidate that is knowledgeable in all facets of residential remodeling (framing, finish carpentry, drywall, tile, painting, exterior, etc.) to be able to construct and direct a crew and resources in an efficient and quality manner. Our desired candidate is a leader in the field, not afraid to take on new challenges, a problem solver, and can teach and grow less experienced tradesmen.

Job Requirements include:

Read, understand and develop construction plans, scopes and designs in the field.

Complete a variety of construction activities with speed, precision, and quality.

Excellent attention to detail, perfectionist and pride in work

Conduct all construction related activities in compliance with current codes and addendums

Comply with safety requirements and supervise personnel in the field.

Identify and correct any issues or changes of projects and develop solutions

Maintain a clean work environment

Present a clean and neat appearance

Communicate with customers on a regular basis

Qualifications:

Have reliable transportation

Able to lift 50lb and conduct moderately demanding tasks for a sustained period

Skilled/knowledgeable in general carpentry tasks

10+ years experience required. RRP and additional certifications are a plus

Pass a criminal background check for major offenses

$62,400 - $83,200/ yr
