Park Lots & Garages Cleaning Staff

Parking NW is looking for part-time and full-time cleaning personnel for our downtown Portland surface parking lots and garages.

Key Responsibilities

- Sweeping and cleaning parking lots and garages in a safe and timely manner

- Report any deficiencies on locations with respect to appearance, safety, equipment, and lighting.

- Notify manager of any situations that may require further attention or action and report hazardous situations and conditions.

- Maintain assigned equipment and supplies with due care and diligence.

Requirements

- Driver’s License

- Own vehicle with full coverage insurance (mileage will be reimbursed at .70 cents per mile)

- Dependable and Reliable

- Detail Oriented

- Can work autonomously

- Able to work in seasonal elements

Wages and Benefits

- $20 per hour + $0.70 per mile incurred

- Health and Dental Benefits (full-time employment only)
