Serenity salon is looking for a new energetic Salon Assistant Manager to join our team.

This is a FULL-TIME position- $35,000-$40,000/yr.

The new candidate will be trained for the position.

As the face of our salon, our ideal candidate will:

Be responsible, professional, personable, a positive upbeat attitude and an outgoing personality.

High energy, self motivated and works well with others.

Have good phone etiquette, be a quick learner and a good team player.

Must have exceptional customer service skills and be able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Must be computer proficient, including social media knowledge.

Assist all guests with outstanding customer service, with appointments and varies duties.

Oversee daily appointment calendar and ensure schedule flows seamlessly throughout the day

Reply to emails promptly

Price and order retail products

Maintain the overall appearance of the salon, front reception area and retail display

General salon maintenance.laundry, sweeping, etc.

Hours - 40hrs

Monday to Saturday 8:00 am 8:00 pm

Sunday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
