Meet Our Team:As a key contributor to Pega’s Payroll Team, you will work alongside highly talented professionals handling all aspects of payroll operations across the U.S. as well as all General Ledger accounting and balancing. The Payroll Team may be globally spread out in the UK, Poland, India and U.S., but remains a tightly knit team of top-notch technical accountants looking to add another strong member.Picture Yourself at Pega:As a key member of the Finance team, you will be part of a fast-paced, payroll team processing biweekly payrolls in all 50 U.S. states and be a crucial member of a multifaceted team with HR, Legal and Finance among others.What You'll Do at Pega:
Work with members of the U.S. payroll team to process a biweekly payroll of 3,000 employees in all 50 states,
Support payroll and tax transactions,
Provide support in assisting external and internal auditors,
Gain invaluable experience working in a fast-paced, high growth, extremely diverse environment.
Who You Are:
Has 3 to 6 years proven track record of handling a large, multi-state U.S. payroll,
Solid understanding of payroll processes and common U.S. multistate tax issues,
Strong functional expertise in Excel,
Works well in both team and individual environments,
Good communication skills both oral and written,
Established analytical and time management skills.
