Web Content Coordinator

Description Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and content writing? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments with high volumes of work? If so, we are looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join our client's team.Responsibilities

Maintain and manage a high-volume ticketing system, including troubleshooting and resolving remedial issues

Communicate effectively with field marketing teams on various updates, requests, and collaborations

Research and develop compelling web content for landing pages

Get involved in various digital marketing strategies, which can involve SEO, social media, email marketing, content development and more

Requirements

Proven experience with digital marketing (1-2 years)

Familiarity with high-volume ticketing systems is a must-have

Strong skills in web content writing and research

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently

Previous experience in SEO and/or healthcare writing is strongly desired
