Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Email Marketing Specialist, positioned in Cleveland, Ohio. The role is set within a dynamic and fast-paced industry, requiring a keen knowledge of Pardot and other similar tools. This role entails the use of Salesforce Pardot, Salesforce Integration, HubSpot, and Marketo to enhance the company's email marketing efforts.Responsibilities: Develop and implement email marketing strategies using Pardot and other platforms. Maintain and optimize the company's Pardot system. Work with Salesforce Integration to improve customer experience and engagement. Utilize HubSpot and Marketo to enhance marketing strategies and campaigns. Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance. Ensure compliance with industry policies and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of email marketing strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email marketing platforms and tools. Keep abreast with the latest trends in email marketing and adapt strategies as necessary. Conduct continuous testing and optimization of email campaigns to improve performance. Requirements Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Email Marketing Specialist role or similar. Proficient in using marketing automation software such as Pardot, Salesforce Pardot, Salesforce Integration. Familiarity with other marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Marketo is highly desirable. Strong understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as Sender Score, deliverability, and sender reputation. Proven experience in creating and implementing successful email marketing campaigns. Exceptional skills in drafting and editing content with an attention to detail. Strong understanding of HTML and content management systems. Ability to analyze data and derive insights from it. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and effectively manage priorities and communicate progress. Must have a proactive approach and the ability to work under minimal supervision. Familiarity with SEO and SEM campaigns is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
