Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Bookkeeping Assistant. The Bookkeeping Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as maintaining financial records, organizing and reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports. This is a hybrid role with some work done on-site in Torrance, CA, and some work done remotely.
Qualifications
Experience in bookkeeping and accounting
Experience in accounting software such as QuickBooks
Ability to create and maintain accurate financial records and financial statements
Understanding of basic finance principles and bookkeeping practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial: Analytical thinking, communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service experience.
