This position is working in an assigned area within the facility: Trim, Final Assembly, Body, Paint, etc. The process coach will be responsible for overseeing a large assigned area supervising union employees (50 - 70+) on the production floor. Top three things to consider when running a zone are (in order): Safety then Quality then Production. Supervise workforce to ensure processes, policies and procedures are followed (employee safety, product safety, quality, and production volume numbers are met) Maintain hourly personnel files. This includes filing all documents related to Company policy such as employee counseling, time and attendance, work performance, etc. Responsible for personnel decision making such as training, planning, disciplines, rewards, performance reviews, addressing complaints and solving problemsAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
