With approximately 25 weddings hosted annually, we are a sought-after venue for couples celebrating their special day.

Job Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in the role of a Front of House Manager. This unique position requires a passion for hospitality, coffee, beer/wine/cocktails, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. It will be your job to ensure that our cafe/bar operates smoothly and efficiently. You will work with the General Manager to oversee the front-of-house operations, coordinating service, and maintaining our high standards of excellence.

Additionally, you will take the lead in orchestrating service for private events, with a particular focus on weddings.

Responsibilities:

Enforce all company systems and policies are maintained and followed.

Be attentive of all guests and employees

Ensure all new employees go through the proper training and have all the necessary tools to be successful

Hold team accountable for company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements.

Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to ensure a memorable experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.

Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Contribute to the development of new menu items and seasonal drink menus.

Ensure smooth and efficient service, coordinating with kitchen staff and other departments as needed.

Handle guest inquiries, comments, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Oversee opening and closing procedures.

Lead service for private events, with a focus on weddings, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly and exceed the expectations of the hosts and their guests.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality management, with a base knowledge of coffee/espresso.

Beer/Wine/Cocktail knowledge is a plus, but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for 6-8 hour periods.

Proven organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on attention to detail.

Regular availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Certification in responsible alcohol service is preferred.

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour (depending on experience)
