Gift Shop – Customer Service – Merchandiser

We are looking for exceptional

individuals who love selling great products and delivering outstanding customer

service. We have 3 locations in the Redmond Airport terminal. We are in need of

at least 2 new Customer Service Team Members for our lobby Gift Shop, providing

vital services to travelers pre-security.

The single most

important thing we are looking for is an engaging personality; someone who is

bright eyed, has a big natural smile and is fun to be around. We are committed

to delivering a superior customer service experience and we need people who

enjoy serving others, meeting their needs and brightening their day. We are

also looking for experience. Retail experience is a definite plus. Maybe you’re

a person retired from retail and would like to get back into the game? Maybe

you’re currently working for a large corporate retailer and would like to work

with a local family owned company where the owners know you by name and

appreciate you personally. Maybe you need to come and see us.

and dynamic work environment. We serve customers from all over the world and

A successful candidate

will present a professional

appearance. All employees must pass TSA required FBI background check

and may be drug tested.

Skills / Requirements –

·

Must be at least 18 years old (or soon to be,

OLCC rules)

·

Operate POS Register, process various

transactions, handle cash, count back change.

·

Greet and engage all customers. Present,

demonstrate and sell products.

·

Guard against theft and damage. Keep a vigilant

eye on entire store.

·

Shop keeping – Dusting, Cleaning, Straightening,

Restocking etc.

·

Must be able to lift 25lbs to chest height.

·

Must be “On your feet” for entire shift,

excluding rest periods.

·

All employees required to obtain food handlers

card.

·

Must be able to work quickly and efficiently

during peak periods.

·

Must work well with “The TEAM”.

·

Strong work ethic. Work hard, work smart, exceed

expectations.

Experience –

·

Minimum 2 years Retail experience.

·

Major Retailer a plus.

Full Time up to 40 hours per week @ $23 per hour (Possibly More – Depending on Experience)

Part Time 15 – 30 hours per week @ $23 per hour (Possibly

More – Depending on Experience)
