Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, a strong drive to succeed, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company. In this role, you will engage directly with homeowners, guiding them through our company sales process to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. You will play a critical part in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. This is a hybrid role, allowing for a combination of remote and on-site work in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
