This position will involve complex financial modeling, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on driving financial performance and supporting business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively.Key Responsibilities:1.Financial Modeling and Forecasting:

Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.

Collaborate with various divisions (Finance, Marketing, IT, Operations) and gather data and assumptions for financial models.

Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate potential outcomes and impacts on financial performance.

2.Financial Analysis and Reporting:

Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business planning.

Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.

3.Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the development and management of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.

Support business units to understand their financial needs and ensure alignment with overall corporate objectives.

4.Capital Planning and Analysis:

Support the capital budgeting process by analyzing capital expenditure proposals and assessing their financial impact.

Conduct financial reviews of capital projects to ensure projected returns and outcomes are achieved.

Assist in the preparation of business cases for capital investments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

5.Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually improve financial analysis capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a corporate finance or FP&A environment.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, SAP, Powerplant, or similar systems.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with business partners.
