The Staff Accountant will play a key role in preparing income tax returns for various entities, assisting with financial statement reviews, and fostering strong client relationships. If interested, contact Jennie Joiner at 541-345-9930 or apply online today!Responsibilities: Preparation of income tax returns for individuals, fiduciaries, and business entities including C-corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships, and Non-Profit Organizations. Efficiently communicate with colleagues and management regarding various tax matters. Assist in the review and auditing of financial statements. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure accurate processing of customer credit applications. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action. Utilize skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Month End Close, QuickBooks, Income Tax Return, Individual Tax Return, Multi-state Tax Returns, and Federal Tax Return to perform daily tasks and responsibilities. Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Requirements Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management Demonstrated ability in handling Bank Reconciliations Experience with General Ledger management Familiarity with Journal Entries Proficiency in managing Month End Close procedures Experience with QuickBooks accounting software Ability to prepare and analyze Income Tax Returns Experience in preparing Individual Tax Returns Knowledge of Multi-state Tax Returns preparation Familiarity with Federal Tax Return procedures Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
