Full time Kitchen Manager needed, In charge of keeping the kitchen staff on task and productive, quality control, ordering and stocking, inventory, tracking of prep items, prep lists, ordering of all BOH products and tracking.

Executing Lunch and Dinner Service, and upholding the standards of the Executive Chef.

$24-$26 per hour plus tips, based on experience. Salary position, starts $60k plus full benefits, vacation, and 401k, based on experience, room for growth and advancements.

You will work directly under Exec Chef Jennifer Castaneda-Jones, of Marcel's. Apero & La Boheme are a Michelin listed restaurant, with a Rammy for best wine program, and a Wine Spectator Best Award of Excellence.

50 hours a week, plus education expenses, full health/dental/vision/life.

Must speak spanish, and have a minimum of two years experience in a management role, or leadership position.
