Pay: $14.00 plus tips

Reports To: FOH Supervisor / FOH Manager

Join our team at The Crouching Lion, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. We are currently seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join us as Servers and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Server, you will be an integral part of our front-of-house team, responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests. From warmly greeting patrons to guiding them through our menu selections and ensuring a memorable dining experience, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting menu items, offering recommendations and answering questions as needed.

- Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet our standards.

- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service and smooth communication.

- Handle payments and process transactions accurately.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including resetting tables and assisting with cleaning duties as needed.

- Uphold our commitment to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates.

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required certifications (e.g., food handler's permit).
