Handyman/ Carpenter

Looking for carpenter/ Building Maintenace tech/ General handyman to help service several properties I own in NH. Some general laboring between projects is possible and potentially learning to run equipment as well. General knowledge of plumbing and electrical are a must. small renovation projects and a good general knowledge of carpentry is what we are looking for. Hourly pay based on experience. thank you.
