Resilient Framing Systems is looking for level II or III carpenters to join our team…
This is a “Bags-On” position for someone with four or more years of experience in the framing and building trades, much of your time will be framing to detailed specifications, with a small crew.

Most of the work will be in our SE Portland facility building wall panels and floor and roof cassettes, though we do self-install our panels too on sites around Portland.

Minor Personal Tool Requirement
What we need from you;
At minimum 4 years of construction and carpentry experience. The more the better as long as you are still open to learning.
Experience with high-end residential remodels and new build projects
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
High level of accuracy and pride in your craft
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Self-motivated and able to motivate others
Ability to read Shop drawings and blueprints
A good level of understanding how structural loads work
Some understanding of the “Passive House" principals
A desire to help build the future of our industry in a clean and organized community of professionals.
