Part-time driver positions available for established limousine company
Looking for local part-time drivers (preferably from San Francisco, SSF, Daly City, San Bruno) to drive limousines, SUV and shuttle van. Previous professional experience driving preferred but not required. Will train the right candidate. Must be at least 25 years old with a clean driving record. Company drivers are subject to random drug testing. We operate on a drug free and smoke free environment. Pay is based on experience and license certification (Class B or Class C Commercial w/ Passenger Endorsement preferred) plus opportunity to earn gratuity from generous clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
Locally based driver preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or knowledge, skills, and mental ability, equivalent to 2 years of high school education
Friendly and customer oriented
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Demonstrate safe driving practices
Able to follow verbal directions, read maps, setup and follow GPS
Knowledge of audio devices such as Bluetooth and WiFi
Ability to learn and use a ground transportation system for job monitoring
Able to work well alone as well as with group of drivers
Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties
Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines
Excellent time management skills
Able to assist passengers when needed
Organized and able to follow a schedule
Driver Duties and Responsibilities
Practice safe driving habits
Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards
Accurately follow routes, maps, and directions
Open vehicle doors and assist passengers
Collect payments, document amount, and offer receipts when necessary
Complete documentation for jobs (vehicle inspection report, login mileage, report any incidents)
Follow schedules and rerouting in a timely manner when faced with traffic or congestion
