Journeyman Plumber

Job Responsibilities:

 Diagnose, install, repair, and maintain new and existing plumbing systems.

 Perform inspections to identify issues and determine the most effective solutions; offer pricing to customers.

 Educate customers on proper maintenance and care of plumbing systems.

 Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to plan plumbing installations, in partnership with HVAC systems.

 Ensure all work is completed to code and in accordance with industry standards.

Boiler install/ tankless water heaters, water heaters, gas lines, and ability to rough plumb new Construction a plus.

 Maintain accurate and thorough records of all service and repair activities (i.e.T&M).

Candidate Qualifications:

 Journeyman plumber’s license, issued by the state of Massachusetts

 Five (5) or more years of trade experience as a journeyman plumber or apprentice.

 Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with an ability to pivot in unconventional situations.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Working technology / iPad knowledge; experience with applications such as FieldEdge or ServiceTitan is preferred.

 Service-to-sales mindset, with a longer-term vision and desire to coach and cross-train.

 Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergency repairs and service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 - $48.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
