Part Time maintenance and rehab

Hi,

I am looking for a semi-retired person that is interested in part time work. I have a number of rental houses that occassionally need maintenance, and also rehab, and landscaping work. I also need the same for my house. I live on Lake Lansing. Prefer someone that is on the east side of Lansing/or Haslett area.When houses need to be turned over, re-painting, drywall and other maintenance tasks need to be done and generally that needs to happen in a couple of weeks.
