crew member: much be able to effectively & efficiently operate, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, blower, edger. (Plus+ if experienced in z-turn mowers, round up, irrigation, other tools)

Responsibility for all things involving communication with office effectively, Ensuring jobs are completed properly under company guidelines and efficiently.
