We just opened our new flagship restaurant at 658 W Belden! We have 50 beers on tap, 135 total choices, and a menu that's made entirely from scratch. We are looking for a FOH Manager for our team. The ideal candidate wants to really enjoy their work environment and the people they work with. This job requires at least two years of full-service restaurant experience. The bar is a big part of our business, so candidates with no alcohol experience cannot be considered. Job Summary: The FOH Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, as well as take on additional duties as assigned. This role has varying hours ranging between 11:00am -2:00am (Monday - Sunday). Our ideal candidate is someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit, is a self-starter, and wants to work in an environment where they can contribute to the growth and success of our restaurants. The Bad Apple is packed with energy, creativity, and fun. Every item is made from scratch, cocktails are ever changing, and we have one of the most comprehensive beer programs in the country.
