Connect with NRG on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X.The Business Enablement Analyst is a key player in the sales enablement ecosystem, focusing on the management and optimization of prospecting sales tools and enablement platforms. This role is crucial for analyzing sales data to provide actionable insights, driving sales strategies, and enhancing overall sales performance. The analyst will manage user access, group settings, and digital rooms, ensuring a secure and efficient sales operation. They will lead training initiatives to elevate the sales team's proficiency in using various sales tools and platforms, such as Highspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Spark Plug ECL Tool, analytics dashboards and all other prospecting tools/platforms. They will also facilitate sales communications on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. By developing and maintaining these tools, the analyst will empower the sales team with the necessary resources to excel in a competitive market. Their expertise in analytics and enablement market trends will play a pivotal role in informing strategic decisions and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales organization. They will also be called upon to support the Business Transformation team in an analyst capacity as needed, with focus on business enablement for the entire retail team.Principal Responsibilities:

Manage user access and group settings for sales enablement platforms to ensure optimal performance and security.

Conduct training sessions for new and existing users to enhance their skills and knowledge of sales tools.

Oversee the setup and maintenance of digital rooms, ensuring they are fully equipped for sales activities.

Lead the creation and management of content related to sales communications, updates, and engagement resources.

Act as the primary vendor management contact and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for sales enablement platforms, providing support and guidance to the sales teams.

Coordinate daily communications and newsletters and provide urgent alerts for system outages.

Set up and manage campaigns, perform list audits, and conduct human reviews to optimize sales processes.

Develop and maintain analytics dashboards for sales tools to track and report on key performance indicators.

Provide expertise and training on prospecting tools and sales enablement platforms

Provide training to support all aspects of retail business enablement, with a focus on the strategic priorities of the business as determined by senior leadership

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

2+ years in the energy industry, with a focus on analytics.

Good at organizing, prioritizing, and using good judgment.

Proficient in MS Office and database applications.

Familiar with NRG Business processes, utility rules, and market knowledge.

Able to manage and analyze sales data, create content, and manage campaigns and vendor relations.

Skilled in using sales enablement tools and training others.

Interpret and derive actionable insights from sales data.

Expertise in business enablement tools and the ability to train others effectively.

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with a focus on Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, MIS, or Computer Science. However, other disciplines will also be considered based on experience.

If a candidate does not have a degree, relevant experience will be considered in its place.

Working Conditions:

Hybrid; 3 days in office per week

Travel could be expected no more than 25%
