The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. The Cobrand Partnership Marketing Team within Consumer Marketing Services is focused on driving growth and engagement amongst our largest cobrand partners. How will you make an impact in this role?The CPMT Reporting and Insights Senior Analyst (Delta or Hospitality) will be responsible for overseeing cobrand performance and deriving insights from results to help co-create strategy. This role will provide unique exposure to a critical revenue driver of the American Express business and is ideal for a strategic problem solver who is a self-starter and can ramp up to quickly to become a subject-matter expert across a variety of topics. The nature of the work is highly cross-functional, and you will have the opportunity to partner closely with teams across marketing, analytics, finance, product, brand, legal, compliance, and external agencies.
Create transparency and standardization of the end-to-end conversion funnel reporting across Partner channels
Overseecobrand performance, connecting demand indicators through conversion performance, aggregating commentary and headlines for the team and senior leadership
Project manage the co-creation of strategic leadership presentations
Partner across Marketing Strategy, Investment Services, Analytics, and Product Managementteams on internal and external scorecard performance and monthly R&Os
Partner withMarketing Strategy, GCS Marketing,Analytics and Product Management teams to develop reporting insights for product moments and offer strategy initiatives
Develop and maintain Cobrand Offer Strategy Hub, including best practices, results repository, historical offers, offer calendar, and external offer landscape
Minimum Qualifications
Energetic self-starter with superior attention to detail and outstanding project management and organization skills
Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate and work effectively across multiple cross-functional partners
Possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to synthesize strategic information
Robust analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform business decisions and articulate success
Customer oriented with a passion for marketing
Ability to stay calm under pressure and flexible amidst change
Positive “roll-up your sleeves” demeanor, a proactive attitude, and a passion to win required
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
2 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s Degree required
QualificationsSalary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
