Salary will be competitive, based upon credentials and experience. Both new and advanced assistant professors are encouraged to apply ( ABD candidates are expected to have successfully defended Ph.D. before the starting date).Conditions of EmploymentPre-employment Criminal Background Check (required for new hires)Required Job QualificationsApplicants must have a Ph.D. (in marketing or a related field) from an AACSB - accredited business school or expect to complete this degree prior to the position’s start date. Successful candidates must a) have expertise in consumer behavior; b) demonstrate evidence, or clear potential, for developing a cohesive and impactful research program; c) be actively engaged in publishing research in top consumer psychology and/or marketing journals; and d) show potential for excellence in teaching consumer behavior at the undergraduate and graduate levels.Preferred Job QualificationsPreferred candidates are aligned with the College of Business’ mission and values.
