Light Mechanic / handyman

We are seeking a handyman to visit commercial and residential buildings in the Five Boroughs.

We are supportive but not micromanages; you will receive training and advice, but we won't smother you in carrying out your job functions.

Compensation starts at $20.00/HR while training and goes up from there to averagte of $35.00/HR, in addition, we also provide a stipend for car costs.

This is a full-time, outside position that involves driving to client sites and doing a walk thru survey,

and doing minor upgrades or changes if needed. We are a growing company with a almost a 30 year history.
