JF Restaurants isseeking a Floor Manager at the Times Square Edition. ThisFloor Manager position will not only beresponsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of service, but they will also workclosely with our Events Team to supportseamless guest experiences. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Actively manage the floor during peak service times and events to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. Assist intraining and supervisingstaff, ensuring they provide top-notch service. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and scheduling staff. Conduct pre-service meetings withstaff to finalize details and expectations. Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations. Maintain high visibility duringservice to provide support and address any issues. Qualifications: Proven experienceworking with event execution. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
