Part Time general helper for Property Management Co.

Part time- day time, property maintenance worker wanted for downtown Erie and green township for general help, painting, lawn cutting and landscaping, power washing, property repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, general maintenance skills and general cleaning. Working with several rental properties.

Must have cell phone and transportation.

Must be reliable. Work is appox. 18-24 hours a week.

Compensation starting at 12.50 per hour depending on experience as general helper, 17.00-20.00 per hour for skilled labor with tools
