Private duty care staff

I am hiring a private duty care person for a part time position for my veteran father. He lives in a small home plus home facility in Shawnee with three other people. Needing someone for the following shifts: Sat. 8:30 to 1 (can be every other Sat.) and two other weekdays same time. Also need to be able to work one Sunday or Sat. night from 5p to 10p one x per month. Paid same day you work through app. Must have experience. Duties: helping him get dressed, helping with meals, motoring his well being, taking him outside, talking with him, stand by assistance for toileting and assisting in the shower, at night helping him get ready for bed. He is an gentle person and when meds given with good sleep can fed himself and help in the shower. When facility care staff transfer him to the toilet he is continent. Uses a Bi-pap machine at night and takes meds for LOW blood pressure. Uses a custom wheelchair. He has glasses and hearing aids too. I pay $12 per hour. Credentials preferred but not required. References are required.
