Join an innovative team that offers specialized clinical support and therapeutic opportunities to help promote healthy social, emotional, and behavioral functioning with adolescent males with trauma histories. The Park Street program is a family centered, trauma informed residential treatment program located in Rutland, VT.

Responsibilities:

Develop therapeutic relationships with residents

Implement behavior plans/conflict resolution strategies and teach emotion regulation skills

Assess/adjust the milieu to ensure proper supervision and crisis management

Communication and Documentation of treatment progress

Model and teach healthy interactions

Facilitate community inclusion, daily living, and skill acquisition

Engage in fun activities with the residents

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

One year combination of skills, experience and or education

Valid driver's License and use of a personal vehicle

Structure:

Full time

Union

Starting at $21.66 an hour plus shift differential
