WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Greet clients and visitors professionally.

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.

Schedule and confirm appointments.

Handle inquiries and maintain client confidentiality.

Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.

Assist with filing, copying, scanning, and faxing.

Prepare and manage correspondence and legal documents.

Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.

Assist with meeting and conference setup.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments.

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a legal setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
