Minimum Qualifications:

- Current National Certifications and/or Professional Degrees

- Maintains current CPR/AED certification

- Basic computer, web and mobile application skills

- Demonstrates the ability to provide an experience that is fun, effective and safe

- Acts as a fitness role model

Essential Job Functions:

- Uphold HealthSPORT’s Core Values

- Communicate efficiently with members and co-workers

- Instruct a minimum of 2 classes per week, unless otherwise authorized by your supervisor

- Connect with HealthSPORT members in a positive, engaging manner, reflected in class counts

- Actively promote HealthSPORT programs and offers

- Ensure Fitness areas are safe, clean, sanitized, organized, present well, and are ready for the next class to use

- Maintain accurate entries in Paycom, Club Automation and GroupEx Pro daily

- Represent HealthSPORT in community events as requested

Position Status: Non-Exempt Part-Time (schedule may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
