Action Duct Cleaning is opening an office in Sacramento and expanding nationwide!

We are an industry-leading, family-owned business based in the Los Angeles area and started in 1978. We are a fast-paced, high-volume, growing company with an outstanding reputation and positive work environment. We need a competent, experienced, results-driven general manager to help with the thousands of clients we serve every year, including Fortune 500 brands like Anheuser Busch, Fender Guitar, and Kraft Foods. MUST be a self-starter. Excellent opportunities for sales commissions and growth. Compensation package: Estimated $80K-$100K+/yr. ($66,560 Salary + Sales Commissions + Bonuses) + Benefits

Main duties are:

· Manage day to day operations of the office, including sales, marketing, supervising and coordinating activities of service personnel, scheduling, and customer calls.

· Maintain accurate and up to date records and reports on office activities, finances, and performance metrics.

· Bookkeeping

· Recruit, interview and hire contractors and employees to support operations.

· Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and promote the company’s services in the Sacramento area.

· Generate leads, proposals, and quotes for potential jobs

· Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

Skills/ Qualifications:

· 5-10 years of experience in a similar role (office manager, operations manager, project management)

· Experience in HVAC, construction, duct cleaning, or something similar

· Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision

· Experience with marketing, sales and customer service

· Ability to travel to job sites as needed (valid driver’s license)

· Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

· Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and online research

· Must represent well in manners, competence, and communication skills.

· Must be comfortable dealing with high-end clients, CEOs, leaders, and highly educated people

· Must love to close deals, meet deadlines, and push projects and deals to completion
