Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Maintenance: Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Linen & Towel Management: Change linens and towels regularly and ensure they are fresh and clean.

Supply Management: Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and other amenities.

Guest Service: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring their needs are met.

Inspection: Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.

Report Issues: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications:

Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort setting preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work efficiently and independently.

Good communication skills. Bilingual is a plus.

Friendly and professional demeanor.
