Position Overview
General office duties include; data entry, typing, filing, copying, scanning, phones and mail. Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment. Must perform well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines and quotas.
Job Functions
Alpha-numeric Data Entry
Review Underwriting files
Handle Bail Support requests from Retail offices
Review and process qualified discounted accounts
Prepare CC/CK Requests for overpayment accounts
Review and process Pending Collateral Releases
Email retail offices for missing information on files
Audit collateral notes for DOI
Process Demands Requests
Process Full Reconveyances
Prepare Property Evaluations
Cover the front desk for lunch/breaks or as needed
Cover the outgoing mail as needed
Requirements
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong Alpha-numeric Data Entry
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Excellent team player
Education
High School Diploma
Minimum of 2 years office experience A+
