Salon Front Desk at Busy Salon

The / Studio - Salon & Blow Dry Bar is looking for a friendly, organized, & reliable receptionist to join our amazing team in Walnut Creek! We believe in providing a high quality customer experience from the moment our clients come through the door, as well as a positive and uplifting work environment for each individual to succeed in.

This is a part-time position with a set schedule. We are currently looking to fill Tuesday - Saturday 8:00 am - 1:30 pm, but could potentially have flexibility.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly personality

- Answer phones

- Booking appointments accurately, using a salon booking software

- Check in and check out accurately

- Understand and explain our products and services

- Operate register

- Maintain cleanliness and overall salon appearance

- Receive and stock inventory

- Resolve customer concerns with care

REQUIREMENTS:

- Weekend Availability

- Preferred experience in salon, guest service, or retail positions (NOT REQUIRED)

- Excellent communication, proactive and friendly demeanor

- Experience selling retail products & open to learning about new products

- Understands the importance of customer service & employs active listening skills

- Organized with ability to multi-task.

- Responsible, professional and caring personality
