Maryland Hospitality is currently looking for an Assistant General Manager to assist in leading our team at our very successful store at the Leisure World shopping center in Silver Spring, MD. MD Hospitality is the largest franchisee of Ledo Pizza restaurants with 8 locations. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail and results oriented, hands on leader. This position is ideal for someone looking to advance with our company as we continue to grow our restaurant operations.

Applicants should possess a passion for the food and hospitality business and understand the value and the importance of building relationships with both guests and team members. Applicants should also be well versed with systems, reporting, hiring, training, scheduling and team development; and possess the desire to advance !

Requirements:

- Must have strong organizational, communication and leadership skills

- Must have the ability to plan, lead and motivate

- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years as a manager in fast casual or quick service style restaurant

- Must have availability to work days, nights and weekends
