Collecting demographic and financial information
Entering and scanning information into a computer system
Professionally answering phone calls
Collecting copay, co-insurance, deductibles, and past due balances
Posting payments and entering charges to automated billing systems
Expediting patient referrals to specialists
Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
​Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
Familiarity with medical billing procedures
Strong organizational skills
