Medicare Sales Agents Wanted

Morgan Insurance Associates, Inc. is seeking full time enthusiastic Sales Representatives that have a passion for partnering with the Medicare population to assess their healthcare needs and build a comprehensive plan benefit option.

In this job you will:

Match consumers need a variety of name brand Insurance carrier's products using a consumer-centric selling approach.

Participate in inbound call campaigns in order to service prospective clientele.

Maintain and Service your book of business efficiently.

Work Independently and within a team environment to achieve sales and contact target goals daily.

Required Qualifications:

·High School Diploma or GED

·Must exhibit confidence and model high level of professionalism and integrity

·Excellent level of personal organization skills with superior telephone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills

·Valid Health Insurance License 2-15 or 2-40

·Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs while providing a perfect consumer experience

·Available to work full-time

Starting Pay is $20/hr + Commissions + Residuals
