Nationwide Cleaning Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced bilingual (English-Spanish) individual to join our team as a Quality Manager / Supervisor and Trainer. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and train a team of cleaning professionals to ensure the cleaning system is followed with the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership but also passion for training and supervising.
Benefits:
$20 per hour - 40 hours a week. Starts at $18 during a month training.
Weekly pay - Direct Deposit.
Bonus and incentives.
Holiday Pay after three months and Paid Vacation after a year.
Family Friendly Schedule - Monday to Friday (7:30AM - 5PM).

Uniform and cleaning supplies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
Must have a valid Florida Drivers License without restrictions.
Must be fully Bilingual (English-Spanish)
Minimum 3 years of experience in residential cleaning with similar managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, products and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Multitasking
Proficient in computer applications and scheduling software.
