Hurricane Shutter Installer / Service Repair

Red Oaks Shutter, a family-owned company in business for over 32 years, is seeking a skilled Hurricane Shutter Installer/Serviceman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have construction experience and some by not needed installation of hurricane shutters and Hurricane shutter repairs. This is a physically demanding position that will require the candidate to work on a swing stage and use hand tools while installing hurricane shutters.

Responsibilities:

Install and repair hurricane shutters on residential and commercial properties

Work on a swing stage at heights, ensuring safety measures are followed

Use hand tools and power tools to cut, measure, and install shutters

Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner

Maintain and repair equipment as needed

Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of construction experience

Must not be afraid of heights and be able to work on a swing stage

Proficient in using hand tools and power tools

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments
