Job title: Team Member

Shifts:

Open: 6:30AM-2PM

Mid: 10AM-6PM,11AM-7PM

Closing: 2-9PM

Closing-shift and weekend availability preferred

You will be an integral part of the guest experience, through the face-to-face customer interactions and hospitality standards that set us apart from other juice bar companies. You will report to the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leads and will be encouraged to make your own decisions that create the best experience for our guests.

You will be responsible for crafting thoughtful and personalized experiences for our guests from greeting them, making their smoothies and açai bowls on the line, and ending their experience in an uplifting way at the cashier station.

Team Member Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

· Maintain cleanliness of the front line, lobby, employee bathroom, and patio area, take out lobby trash, bus and clean patio tables and chairs

· Learn and maintain knowledge of our smoothie, bowl, and juice menu to effectively communicate all ingredients to guests. Understand ingredient benefits and be able to suggest additions

· Ensure all food on the line meets food safety and quality standards, eliminating cross-contamination on the front line

· Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling

· Setup, maintain and break down front line area

· Operate POS register to complete customer transactions

· Greet guests, guide the guest journey, resolve guest issues and properly inform guests of our loyalty program

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of online-ordering, pick-up area and ensure all deliveries are executed flawlessly

Requirements/Desired Qualities:

· Food, restaurant, and/or customer service experience

· A team player with a positive can-do attitude

· Quick and adaptable learner

· Excellent and collaborative communication skills

· An instinct for delivering personable hospitality and desire to make memorable connections with guests daily

· Accountable in upholding our high standards
