Auxiliary Readers aid this selection process by helping to review applications for the Wharton MBA program via an online system. This includes reviewing biodata, transcripts/tests, essays, resumes, and recommendations for each assigned applicant and providing a thorough bio summary and rankings. The Auxiliary Reader is assigned a queue of candidate applications to review (volume varies annually) to be reviewed at a pace of two applications per hour. This review will include assigning appropriate rankings as well as a summary assessment. Training is provided and required at the start of each cycle year.
