Reviews loan applications for home improvement projects
Gather necessary documents and personal information
Maintain a loan pipeline while keep borrowers up to date
Resolve customer and vendor inquiries by phone and email
Job Qualifications:
Must have 1 year of recent call center experience working in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional customer service experience within banking or lending experience
Bilingual in Spanish (speak, read, write in Spanish/English)
Strong tenure in previous roles (minimum 1+ years in each position)
Consumer lending or mortgage experience
