This is NOT a corporate job. You are not bound by a rigid and often dull framework that is not adaptable to the customers that we serve and the area that we live in. Instead, this General Manager makes solid decisions that serve to protect and grow the business. Restaurants often change as they grow, and your role is to ensure that this one grows in a manner that is consistent with the vision of our ownership group.

As the restaurant grows, our management group favors a salary + bonus approach. There is really no cap on what you can make, if you are willing to put in the work to get the results. Our GMs should be invested in their own success and betting on themselves. “A rising tide lifts all ships”.

Relocation costs will be reimbursed for the right candidate and are negotiable. If you live in an inland city, this might be the perfect time opportunity to move to the coast. The rest of the world seems to be moving to Brunswick County, so why not you?

To apply, please send a current C.V. along with three references. References will be screened prior to any interviews being scheduled.
