Civil Construction Superintendent

Kodiak Pacific Construction is looking for a qualified civil construction superintendent that has experience in public, prevailing wage type projects such as street & highway reconstruction, parks, schools & airfield projects.

Kodiak’s project superintendents work with project managers in planning, coordinating, implementing & monitoring of construction field activities. Kodiak is seeking a competent civil construction superintendent to coordinate operations, manage field employees and subcontractors on the day-to-day project activities.

Qualifications

Well organized & safety conciseness

Background in excavation, grading, pipe work, road & highway construction

Applicant must be able to assume a leadership role in managing all daily site operations with Owners, Inspectors, Subcontractors & Crew

Read and understand plans, specifications and efficiently schedule work.

Minimum of (5) years related experience including managing crew size of (2-15) people.
