Live-in Housekeeper/ Cook

Super busy Christian, professional couple (kids are grown & flown) plus mother and three little naughty dogs seeking live-in housekeeper / cook / pet nanny to help our household run smooth. Tasks would include, but not limited to: weekly house cleaning, seasonal deep cleaning, various organizational tasks & projects, general pick-up / tidy daily, changing linens, laundry, ironing, errands (post office, UPS, pet appointments, dry cleaners, etc.), ordering/ pick up groceries and supplies, meal prep, cooking and pet care (feeding, clean up after, meds and bi-weekly bathing). Some event planning and assistance. Meeting with contractors/ vendors, scheduling appointments (like lawn services, vet, repairs, etc.). Some travel to prep/ clean vacation condo. Miscellaneous tasks like floral arranging, gift wrap, packaging, ship/ mailing. Possibly assist with grandchild care on occasion.

Requirements: Reliable transportation, clean driving records, consent to a background check and provide verifiable references. Able to drive 4 hours at a time, physically fit (able to lift 30 pounds, able to manage stairs). Previous experience in residential cleaning/ household management. Ability to work independently and follow instruction. Mind reading is a definite plus, lol. Friendly, flexible, and can-do disposition. Comfortable in a quiet setting. No alcohol, no drugs, no tobacco products, no couples, no children, and no addition pets. This is a private home so only approved, occasional visitors.
