Small Kitchen Cook/Prep Work (Bilingual)

We are called Birria Mayne and we are looking for a reliable Kitchen cook/prep work candidate that has experience with Mexican/Tex Mex food. Position is part-time and/or full-time. We are located inside Memorial Food Co. on Wilcrest and Briar Forrest.

Must have:

-Reliable transportation

-Food Handlers certificate

-Prepare and Cook Menu items with precision and care.

-Ensure food is cooked to order and meet quality standards.

-Assist with food prep, including chopping, slicing, and organizing ingredients.

-Maintain a clean and organized work station.

-Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Hours would be Tuesday-Saturday 11am-7pm

Pay is 12.50/hr.
