Job Overview: As a Centralized Leasing Consultant at Tecton Corporation, your main responsibility is to manage leads and close leases for multiple properties from a central location. Your goal is to maximize occupancy and revenue growth through effective lead management and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management and Leasing Process:

Manage and nurture leads through the CRM workflow.

Follow up with leads to convert them into tours.

Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure successful tours.

Handle post-tour follow-up to send quotes and secure signed leases.

Prepare and manage lease agreements.

Coordinate lease renewals and rent increases.

Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.

Marketing and Outreach:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants.

Utilize social media, property listing websites, and other marketing channels.

Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor leasing metrics such as occupancy rates, lease-up times, and conversion rates.

Provide regular reports to property managers and regional managers.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform leasing strategies.

Operational Improvements:

Identify areas for improvement in the leasing process and propose solutions.

Implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance tenant satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required

Proficient computer (Microsoft Office, Yardi) & internet skills

2 years multi-family (apartment) business office experience required
